SCRUM ROLES

Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Developers

Scrum is a framework that helps teams work together effectively in order to develop (and sustain) complex products, services, or results. It is an interactive approach where each iteration consists of addressing the highest priority tasks that deliver value, learning from the experience gained during the iteration, and striving to improve in the subsequent integration through retrospective and adaptation.
Duration: 2:20
This video introduces the three scrum roles: product owner, scrum master and development team. Hosted by Jira Software Group Product Manager, Megan Cook, meet the people who will keep your project moving in the right direction in the third video of the Agile Coach series.
